Parcel held by JIM C since 3 March 2015
I see that the only way to get an answer is through this website because I can't get through to customer service call center and the email came back as a permanent error.<br> <br> But I just want to know what is delaying my package at customs because it's been held up by JIM C since 3 March. Could you please release that package ASAP because its for my wedding taking place next month and I need that package for the wedding.<br> <br> Thank You. Tracking no. is : RJ***CN
