Parcel Held by Customs

My Parcel is still held by Customs and everyone is just giving me a run around for my parcels.....its been almost 2 months and I have called every single number that i have and I have evens send emails to the customer services but still nothing ....This is very very poor service !!! Can someone call me asap and give me answers or can i get my money back this is now frustrating especially when no one communicates ....Bad Service
