Parcel Held at Johannesburg Postal Customs department

Good day

I bought something from the US on the 20th of December, this parcel arrived in Johannesburg international airport on the 24 of December 2017. It has been at customs 02/01/2018. My Parcel has been held by customs ever sins. I have tried to call every number on the post office website as well as the numbers on the Johannesburg International Mail Centre but there is no answer. This service is extremely poor. I have send a million emails as well but still there is no reply from anyone. I'm a Very angry Customer right now!
