PARCEL HELD AT JIMC-CALL CENTRE NO ANSWER

My parcel RI***ZA was sent to customs on the 17 June 2015. Its been almost 2 weeks and it hasn't been released. I phoned them many times and the line just rang and rang and I eventually got cut off. I'm sick of phoning them and not getting through.I 've sent emails to many people including Maria, Motlatsi Moshidi, Francinah Madzivhani, and all they've told me was my parcel is at customs still awaiting assessment , due to the huge backlog. They've told me that for the past 12 days.
