Parcel held at JIMC A for no reason!!!

Hello Peter Ever since I am still waiting for my parcel to be delivered to my local Phuthaditjhaba post office even today.My parcel landed in JIMC A on 27/09/2018 and returned from custom on 03/10/2018 to where I don't know.it was last scanned on 03/10/2018 and I tried calling customer service and wrote a bunch of emails to them but they don't respond even today why they don't just get rid of Telephones cos they are useless. This is the second letter I write to you Peter and you don't respond as well!
