Parcel held at JIMC A for more than 15 days

My parcel has been held at JIMC A for 15 days, I have tried calling and sending an email but get no response.To top it off I was told that from now on all packages that come through the post office will incure a default charge of R24.The idea if paying more for less aggravates me.Here is my tracking CP ********** 65PL
