Parcel held at JIMC A!

My parcel from Singapore arrived at JIMC A on the 30th of September. I have tried phoning a plethora of numbers to try and figure out what the next steps are but I got no answer from any of the phone calls! I am leaving South Africa soon and would appreciate receiving my parcel before then. Tracking number LB ********** 98SG.
