Parcel Held at Customs Johannesburg International Mail Center

Good day

I would like to file a complaint and indicate that I purchase a couple of things from China and I have received notification that my items are held at customs and no other reasons are given to why my packages are still at customs.

I have tried so many times calling and sent so many emails, I do not understand why it is so difficult for a customer to get the help needed. Your customer services is poor and embarrassing to say at least.

I would like to ascertain contact information to whom I can liaise with should I have a query on my packages being held at customs.

I would like for the Johannesburg International Mail Center to put in more effort and provide outstanding customer services.

I would like some feedback concerning my packages ASAP.
