Parcel Held at Customs JIMC A

Yet another post about a missing international parcel. RV***CN landed in SA on 30 November 2021. Went to customs / returned from customs 14th December and now 3 weeks later the Post Office has no record of it - fallen into that Black Hole! The postage option for a DHL was around half the cost of the parcel and that was not cheap! Grrrr!
