Parcel Held at Customs JIMC A

i have tracked and traced an waited months for my parcel! it been at JIMC A "Arrival at inward office of exchange" for a month now!! i've emailed and phone the SA post office numerous time with no response. i need my package desperately yet there has been no effort made in getting back to be or informing me of any changes in schedule. it was estimated to be delivered 3 months ago. i dont know what to say besides the fact that i am truly shocked at this service. my package number: RE***SE very angry! customer
