Parcel Held at Customs JIMC A

I bought items from overseas and and the Arrival at inward office of exchange PostNL International JIMC Bin customs since the 19th Jan.. the items was then Item presented to import Customs PostNL International JIMC A since the 25th Jan 2022 to this date i have not received my order and it is worrying me
