Parcel Held at Customs JIMC A
Good day<br> <br> I did bought something oversee and it did arrive in South Africa 27/02/2015 an it go to customs on 04/03/2015, My Parcel its been held by customs ever sins. I have try to call every number on the post office website as well as the numbers on the Johannesburg International Mail Centre but there is no answer. Or when someone picks up they just transfer me from one to another but there is no solution. This service is extremely very poor. Why don't they just get rid of they phones. Because it looks like they don't use it. I have send a lot of emails as well but still there is no reply from anyone. Very angry Customer
