Parcel Held at Customs JIMC A

Hi there. i have a mailed package from oveaseas, it arrived in SA on the 20th Nov. when i track it (tracking number RK***CN) it says it help up in customs. i tried all numbers provided on the post office website as well as the JIMC without any answer. i even emailed the address provided on the site with no response there as well. now im very frustrated as i dont know what or who to contact regarding this.<br> <br> please assist me.
