Parcel Held at Customs JIMC

My package arrived in SA on 2 May 2018. Since then it has been sitting at Johannesburg International Mail Centre and I have received no feedback regarding the status of my package. It has been sitting there for 7 weeks and it seems like no one knows what is going on there. We import stock regularly, and it has never taken this long. So what is the issue?
