Parcel held at Customs

I do not know where else to turn now.<br> <br> I have just recently returned after spending a year in Spain for my studies. Before my departure I sent some of my goods which would not fit in ma luggage back here to SA. When I track and trace my parcel, I get a not that it is held at Customs. I am not sure how to go about going anything from here, as I have not.even.been.contacted to be let know of which.measures I need to take to get my stuff. <br> At this moment I need some of the things that are in there since I am now back.<br> Can I please be assisted. <br> Tracking number is.<br> CC***ES
