Parcel held at customs

I've been waiting for my parcel that is held at customs since the 11th of June, because I cannot wait any longer, is it possible to go get the parcel myself? I have sent an email, tried calling, but I get no response. I really don't mind fetching the parcel myself...<br> <br>
