Parcel held at cape mailhub

<p>My international parcel EE ********** 36 has been held at Cape Mail hub since 21/11/16. When I did manage to get through on the phone I was assured I did not need to send any details and that the parcel would be sent on to the Herm**** post office for my collection. The parcel is still there according to my tracking number and I have been unable to raise anyone on the phone since. Please let me know how to sort this out</p>
