Parcel has not moved since 27 January.

<p>My parcel was handed over to SAPO by DHL on the 27th of January, to date, it has not moved. When I tried phoning, all I got was a long wait. Sent and e-mail, got the response "Your parcel arrived at the the JHB Hub on 27 January 2017". I know that, what I want to know is why has it not been delivered to me? We pay good money for this kind of service?</p>
