Parcel has not been delivered since the 4th October 2022

I needed to return an order to Homechoice in Cape Town. I Posted the parcels to Homechoice cape town on the 4th October 2022. the parcel have not been delivered to Homechoice. i have followed up on the parcels, to date i have not been assisted. I have the parcel numbers for those orders should they be needed.

i have reported the issue to homechoice but they keep billing me for the order i returned

please help me Homechoice is threatening to sue me for not paying for the order, which i cannot pay for it as i don't have it anymore
