Parcel has been stuck at Witspos Post Office for longer than 6 months.

Hi there. I bought a package abroad online last year and on the tracking app it seems to have arrived in SA through Witspos Post Office in December. The problem now is that when I track it, it says that it's in transit and it's been 8 months. I don't know why there's this issue. I am extremely disappointed
