PARCEL GIVEN TO STRANGER

I got a parcel delivered in from overseas and it was at the Cape Mail Hub (CMH) according to the tracker on the 23rd of June. Ever since I have been checking with my local post office but it never came. Only Today (28th of August) I called the CMH and I was told it was with Customs and I was meant to bring my ID and invoice to collect. I went there and they tell me it's at my local post office. Then I dashed to my local post office only to be told it is at the CMH. I went back there, and now this ruuude Gentleman, tells me I already collected the parcel. I asked him to show me where I signed for it and it turns out it was signed for, not by myself, but by another person who just came in with a notification slip which was delivered to their house, used an ID number (non-South African format), which I assume is theirs but sure is not in my name, and the only record they have of this person is a signature and ID No, no name, no telephone number, nothing. Then they tell me they can not do anything about it, someone came in with the slip and they had to give the parcel. Something fishy is really going on here. This is totally unacceptable.
