Parcel from USA never arrived.

My Parcel from the USA posted on the 29th of May 2015 has not arrived.<br> The tracking number LC***US, has left the USA but SA Post office have no trace of it.<br> USPS confirmed the parcel is in South Africa, No reply from the Post Tracking centre.<br> Called at Kelvin post office several time still no responds from the tracking centre.<br> The parcel has special glove for Arthritis and are needed urgently. <br> <br> The tracking centre number does not get answer, call just cut office by someone on the post office side.<br> The tracking STD service response with parcel not on the system can take 2 days to reflect been more than four weeks.<br> <br> How much longer, We are people not numbers please have your staff answer the phone even if it's just to say we cannot help you, sure is better than spending hours trying to get through but the same thing happening all day. <br> <br> Help please find the parcel. CALLING EVERY DAY FOR OVER A WEEK.<br> <br> Disgusted. <br> <br> Alvin.<br>
