Parcel from Spain 7 weeks undelivered
I sent a parcel CV***ES from Spain to SA, a Christmas present of little value, on 12-12-2014, 7 weeks and has not arrived. It is now stuck at JIMC for no known reason. There was nothing dutiable in the parcel because of little or no value. Complained to Spanish Correos got no help. Complained to South African Post and got no response! What to do? I am really disturbed that one pays nearly 40 euros in postage and nothing is delivered, disgusting!
