Parcel from Gemnatural still not delivered.
On 4th June 2014 a parcel was posted by Gemnatural Thailand to me - tracking no. RR***TH. The parcel landed in Johannesburg and was scanned - SA TRACKING NO. RI 279 66 932 ZA.<br> <br> It is now 16 February 2015. Customer care just shrug their shoulders - when they do answer the phone. I am getting no joy from SA Post Office. The parcel has still not been processed and delivered to me.
