Parcel from abroad hasn't moved for weeks!

Im utterly disappointed with SA Post Office services.. I have a parcel (UM***US) that arrived here in SA on 26 May but until today the status hasn't changed which means my parcel is stuck at the HUB . I've written emails concerning this and I have not received any feedback!
