Parcel for my sons birtday not delivered yet

<p>On 22nd September 2016 i order a present for my sons 10yr birthday this week saturday 15 October,the present has arrived in durban durmail but i was told i must wait till friday the 14th october...how can i ? how do i tell my son that i never get his present as yet ? please i am begging some1 to help get me this parcel asap it means alot to my son to have this gift on his birthday,it is at durmail waiting for the customs inspector to release it...could someone help me please.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
