Parcel en route to South Africa since 24 Nov 2015

I purchased a parcel from China, tracking number RN***CN. It has been en route to South Africa since 24 November 2015. It is now Friday 8 January 2016, exactly 8 weeks later and the parcel still has not arrived in South Africa. I have called your call centre and waited well over 30 minutes with no answer. Where is my parcel? It surely can't take 2 months en route to South Africa.
