Parcel dissappear

<p>Our son and grandson (15 months ) reside in the UK, Dorcet.</p> <p> </p> <p>We always use SA Post Office to sent parcels, without any issues. Due to the cost parcels always had to be under 3kg.</p> <p> </p> <p>This time, 23 March 20 16 we wanted to send a bit bigger parcel, 12kg, because of Birthdays, Christmas and Easter missed,,and parcel is "delayec" somewhere. We had to use land/sea mail due to the cost.</p> <p> </p> <p>When tracking : CN ********** 41ZA,,parcel shows 108 days unresolved?</p> <p> </p> <p>There is so many personal gifts and clothing and books etc, in the parcel, ,but we get no answer from the customer care line.</p> <p> </p> <p>They even suggested to contact Parcel force. Worldwide, who was fantastic by the way - we emailed them and a return e-mail was received within 2 hours,,but they have not received our parcel yet.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please just let us know if parcel is "gone" so that we could try again, but this time we will definetly not use the Post Office EVER.</p>
