Parcel delivery delay-since November, 16 last year

<p>I would like to lodge my complaint over the delay in delivery of a parcel received in November last year and has not yet reached Stellenbosch. What kind of service is the SA post offering. The parcel took a week all the way from Russia to reach SA - Johannesburg hub and it has taken ages for it to reach Stellenbosch (Cape Town area). If anyone can expose the laziness in the post office performance I will appreciate. Besides that, they have customer service phone lines which they NEVER ANSWER! Why the hake should the line be there anyway.</p>
