Parcel delivery
I sent out a parcel on the 4th of February destined for Namibia<br> Then the client said it was on its way back to Amanzimtoti.<br> When enquired at the post office, apparently the incorrect stamps where put on the parcel.<br> And the told us it will take 5 to 10 working days to get there.<br> I enquired about this, for there was still no movement. <br> This was sent to customer service.<br> I actually still have had no reply That was on the 18th of February<br> <br> The last tracking on this parcel was 10th of February on it's way to Durban Mail.<br> <br> What bad service is this? I need answers and need them now!!!<br> I paid for this pathetic service
