Parcel delivered to the wrong Probince

Yesterday I went to Bemmore Gardens post office to send a parcel. I did tell the teller that I want an over night delivery. Paid for it and it was before 10 when I was at the post office. Today I'm tracking to she if the parcel has arrived in King William's Town. Guess what it is in Durban. Called the speed service and spoke to Walter who told me it's an human error the parcel will arrive tomorrow. Those are documents that were suppose to aarive today urgently.
