I have been waiting for my parcel that arrived at JHB Mail hub on the 13 /11/15 <br> To this date I haven't received it I send a mail to customer service everyday enquiry about its where about <br> On the tracking info it shows it keeps on going to PTA back to JHB<br> We don't have a post office service in sa, hw difficult can it can it be to dispatch a package to its destination <br>
