Parcel Delays

<p>Ordered a purchase from China on the 5 April. Was promptly despatched . Arrived in South Africa on the 14 April. Sat at Joburg International hub for 2 weeks. Arrived in durban on the 24 April. Mumerous calls to the Durban hub and parcel still n ot cleared. Service pathetic. Calls to the customs to check on parcel goes unanswered or calls are terminated. Service by Sa Post office is absolutely disgusting.</p>
