PARCEL DELAYED MORE THAN 1 MONTH

Short story is - i order android box from overseas and the parcel did come in SA 2017-10-05. After that 6-7 days in customs which is acceptable it was sent to Johannesburg International Hub . THEN it says "2017-10-18 13:16 WITSPOS (HUB), In transit" How can it be in transit from Johannesburg to Johannesburg 20 days?!?!!?!!?!!?!?!!? NOT ACCEPTABLE! Call center - NOT REACHABLE! Wasted around 50 calls to try to see what is wrong - so far zero success!
