Parcel Delayed

I have a parcel that was sent from Jbay on the 23rd of last month. It reached the witpos hub on the 25th. since then it hasnt seemed to have moved right up until the 3rd.<br> <br> If I call the call center they say my parcel has arrived if I go to the branch they say they havnt received it.<br> <br> I would like to know where my parcel is and when it will arrive.<br> <br>
