Parcel Contents ******

<p>I collected a parcel (CJ ********** 82US / II ********** 56ZA) from SAPO Witkoppen this morning only to discover its contents had been ****** when I opened it later. Everything has been removed except for the cheapest, heaviest item which lent the package weight and the appearance of being full.</p> <p>Upon closer inspection I can see that the package has been opened its contents removed (there are empty boxes inside) and resealed. There are 2 layers of tape on the box which differ in type and colour.</p> <p>Furthermore, I was charged the full customs duties of R855 on a solitary item valued at $29.</p>
