Parcel collection

I am highly disappointed at the way your staff are at the post office in lenasia North.They had sent me a card on the 30 April 2015 which is dated 28 April 2015.I went to the post office today to pick up the parcel.The staff at the post office gave me several stories regarding my parcel.They have told me that they misplaced my parcel or they might have sent it back to the depot.I am highly upset at the way the staff spoke to me,they were being exceptionally rude.The parcel is quit urgent.I am also asked them for proof that my parcel was at the post office but they refused to show me any proof but rather ignored me.They are not interested in looking for it.They cannot account for my parcel.The lady working there told me that she made a mistake by sending the card which said that we must pick it up,it does not make sense because how does she know my address and details if there was no parcel there for me.The parcel is for Muhammad Motala 17 okapi street Lenasia.<br> <br> I hope that you can please attend to this matter as it is an urgent parcel.I would like to know where is my parcel,and if it needs I will pick it up from wherever it is.please can you contact me on ***.
