PARCEL CANNOT BE FOUND
So the SA Post Office went on strike and we all had to just hang-on and wait till they resolved their issues. Once they were up and running everyone had to start running with them. Now they have even started broadcasting their new radio campaign detailing how much they want to improve and assist in timeous deliveries. WOW....in contrast to their illusion, I had a gift sent from Port Shepston for my son on 12 Sep to Gardenview... without going into the entire paper trail, I now find myself having called 4 different numbers, spoken to 5 different people and the last no being the central depot on *** which just rings as well as a SA Post Office website which does not work. I sit here, 4 months later wondering what service really means in a country where a 10yr old son cannot even get a gift from his dad living in another province. the tracking no PE 853 767 604 ZA can be tracked but the parcel cant be located ???? HELP !!!!

Item in question was sent to the Gardenview branch on 19/09/14 and a copy of a notification slip was issue to the recipient's address on 22/09/14. It was not collected and was forwarded to the return letter office on 29/12/2014 as it didnt have the return address on it. Kindly send us an email on *** outling clear indication to on where to released it to.

It was not collected and was forwarded to the return letter office on 29/12/2014 as it didnt have the return address on it. Kindly send us an email on *** outling clear indication to on where to released it to.
