Parcel been at HUB since Jan 2019

I have been expecting a delivery of the parcel to your branch in Mafikeng since December 2018, it was last scanned on: 2019-01-08 at 21:43, Location last scanned: SS - JETPARK (HUB) What does it take to have it delivered to the local post office in Mafikeng??? I have been there several times, all they tell me is that it is JHB, 5 months?? like really?????? Sent an email to your customer.services it comes back saying the mailbox is blocked
