PARCEL AT WITSPOS HUB SINCE SEPTEMBER.

I purchase a product on the 4th of August. it landed in the country on the 24th of September. According to the post office track my parcel it has been sitting at the Witspos Hub since the 7th of November. When will this parcel be delivered?????? I am literally 10 minutes drive from the Witspos Hub if it takes this long to deliver can I not go and collect the parcel myself.

WHY IS IT TAKING OVER A MONTH TO DELIVER A PARCEL TO AN ADDRESS 10 MINUTES AWAY???????

I have emailed your so called customer service BUT THERE IS STILL NO RESPONSE TO DATE. SO WHATS THE POINT?????????

This was supposed to be a birthday present but due to the lack of delivery I still have not received the product.
