Parcel at Johannesburg International since 8 May 2017

<p>My parcel RH ********** 10 IN entered the country and was scanned on 8th May 2017 as confirmed by Lucia Groenewald from the Post office customer department - with an copy of scanned proof send to me. </p> <p>I have contacted her various times thereafter to ask if they could find out what happened to the parcel and NO ONE EVEN REPLY TO MY EMAILS. </p> <p>This is unacceptable and terrible service!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
