Parcel at JHB INTL MAIL CENTRE for 2 months and ****ty customer service

****tiest service ever.I have 8 international parcels I haven’t received.2 of them RY ********** 23CN and RB ********** 05SG have been at JHB INTL MAIL CENTRE for 2months now. I trying to call nobody ever picks up even the customer service line.What a shame
