Parcel at JHB INT Mail Centre for 2 months !!!!!!!!!!!

I have a parcel that has been in the country from 14 August already. Still no delivery, and when I try to phone each of the 8 numbers on their website it just keeps on ringing, no answer. For days I have been trying to get hold of them. I really don't understand why they don't answer any of the phones and why the delivery takes this long. I even went as far as driving all the way to their offices in JHB (I live in Ermelo, Mpumalanga) and when I got there they just refused my entry while sitting and eating in the office, because "I didn't organise with someone to come and collect the parcel". The more I tried to explain that I couldn't organise with someone because there is NEVER any answer the more they refused. I don't know what to do anymore :'(. Can someone please advise me on how to get hold of them? I feel like driving all the way again but I'm scared they'll just refuse like before.
