Parcel at hub but still waiting for them

<p>Good day my name is refilwe I have for parcels at the hub if been trying to call them to find out why is my parcels not delivered but how ever the phones just rings and no answer...I don't understand why can one hold on the phone for an hour and listen to a voice machine....kindly attend to my query</p>
