Parcel at Foreign Postal Service for over 3 months now

According to my tracking number the parcel was received in JHB on the 4th of August, to date i have not received it, and if you call any of the 27 numbers supp**** by the Postal Service, no one answers. SA Postal Service is non existent. Pathetic
