PARCEL AT CUSTOMS FOR OVER 10 DAYS

<p>I ordered stuff on line on the 5th of April and was given a tracking number (RS ********** 70CN), My parcell arrived at the Johannesburg international mail centre on the 24th and have been at customs since the 26th of last moth, my frustration is that I’ve been trying to get in contact with the south African post office and no one barely answers the phone, today I called the customer service and held on for over 20 minutes before a human answered, I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Luandile Macanda who informed me that they have a back log and is not sure when I will receive my parcel, he at least provided me with the south African tracking number (RI ********** 26ZA) and a number I need to call ( ********** 000 ) to follow up on my parcel ..of which I've been trying to call and I've had no luck with speaking to anyone up until this point. My parcel has been laying at customs for over 10 days and not sure when I will receive it, it would be nice to get communication regarding my parcel and when I will receive it.</p>
