Parcel at customs and no answer or reply from Customer Service

Today it has been a month since my friend has sent me her wedding dress for me to wear at my wedding in a month to come. My parcel has been at customs for almost 2 weeks now and I have been trying to contact Customer Services every single day, without an answer. One time I got through and spoke to Nthobiseng, whom promised to call me back with an update of my parcel. To date I am still waiting for a reply. I've been sending emails every odd day but get no further response. I have no other dress to wear for my wedding and the dress my friend sent is my only solution as I cannot afford a dress.

I am getting married in a month and still need to receive my dress and make alterations. I am beyond stressed and scared I will not have a dress on my 1st and only BIG day.

I don't know what to do:(
