Parcel arrived at JIMC but not being dispatched

Hi<br> <br> I ordered from the UK on the 19th of June 2015. My tracking number specifies that parcel has arrived at the JIMC on the 24th of June 2015. Its the 30th of June, and there hasn't been any change. I tried calling both Post Office customer service and the JIMC number but all I get is a voice recording telling me to hold. I am currently in Rosebank (Johannesburg), so I don't understand why my parcel hasn't been delivered by the South African Post Office. <br> <br> Regards and Please Assist.
