Parcel arrived 4 months ago. Still at hub...

I have 3 parcels coming from Hong Kong that have been stuck in the international centre for 2-4 Months now and still have not even been released to local hubs. I have managed to contact someone to get local tracking numbers but they are just not moving and I don't understand why?!? How can you have parcels in the international centre for over 4 months?! 1) RT ********** 63HK- posted over 4 months ago, no local tracking number. 2) RT ********** 10HK- posted 3 months ago, RI ********** 80ZA local tracking. 3) RT ********** 65ZA- posted 2 months ago, RI ********** 06ZA local tracking. Please could you assist me as to when I will receive these parcels? This is becoming extremely frustrating!
