Ordered a phone from France, arrived in SA, paid R706 to release it, but parcel was ******. PO says it's a 'release fee' even though I didn't get my item. Area manager opened a case, police involved, but over a month of follow-ups leads to 'wait, no timeframe'.

Not cool, Post Office. Fix this.
